A typical RO system rejects up to 60% of the incoming water supply in order to carry impurities down the drain. In industry this is an accepted part of the process.

However window cleaning attracts the attention of consumers who are often more conscious of the cost of water as well as the environmental impact, especially in times of drought. For Window Cleaners on meters, water down the drain is an unforeseen cost which can be considerable.

Ionic Systems unique Pro-6 is fitted with an additional high spec sediment filter which makes it possible to re-circulate a large percentage of the reject water back through the RO membrane. Only 20% of the water is rejected down the drain.

For Window Cleaners on a water meter the savings can pay for the additional cost of the machine in just six months.
